What should my family and I wear to coordinate?

Coordinating a families outfit can be stressful! So I have created a style guide to help you in the process of preparing for our shoot. If you still have question after going through it, you can always email me!

What happens if we are running late or someone is sick the day of the shoot?

Emergencies and set backs happen. Communication is key! Please call or text me if you are going to be more than a few min late to make sure I can still accommodate your session. If you have booked a mini or micro session, chances are you will have to reschedule the session. Contact me asap and we can get you rescheduled. 

How long will it take to get my photos back?

Typical turn around time is 2 weeks. If your shoot is during peek times (September-December), it could take up to 3 weeks. As soon as i have finished your gallery I will let you know! Be on the lookout for an email will the instructions to access your gallery. 

Can I change my package type after my session?

While you cannot change your package since it involves time already spent, you can always order more photos or prints from my a la carte page. If you decide before your shoot that you would like to switch packages, contact me asap so we can get that sorted. 

What happens if my child is uncooperative for the shoot?

I have three little ones of my own, so I know things don't always go as planned! If the child can not be distracted or consoled during the shoot, or I feel that we wont be able to get an salvageable photos, I will offer you a reshoot as soon as my availability allows. 

How long is my session?

This depends on which package you choose. My sessions run from 30 minutes to 2+ hours depending on the type of shoot and deliverables. While I am not strict on time limits, I may have to stay within the guidelines if I have other shoots scheduled. 

When do I have to pay for my session?

Upon booking your session, a non refundable retainer will be due to hold your date and time.  You have until the day of your session to pay the remainder of your balance. This can be paid online or in person upon arrival to your session.
